Returns & Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers buying online have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to return the goods once cancellation is confirmed.
Assumption — for review: Industry-standard practice: Thread510 offers a voluntary extended return window of 30 days from delivery for unused, unopened hardware in original packaging, in addition to (not instead of) the statutory 14-day right.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
