These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, where applicable, inclusive of VAT.
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, not at the point of checkout.
Thread510 sells vaporiser hardware only — no nicotine, e-liquid or cannabis products.
All customers must confirm they are aged 18 or over to purchase.
Thread510's liability is limited to the value of the order, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence).

VAT status

Assumption — for review: VAT registration status not yet confirmed. If turnover is below the UK VAT registration threshold (£90,000 as of the 2024/25 tax year), VAT registration is optional; update pricing and invoices accordingly once confirmed.
