Assumption — for review: Manufacturer warranty length not yet confirmed. 12 months is used below as a common industry-standard assumption for electronic hardware.

Thread510 hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase (assumption).
This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect charging equipment, or normal wear and tear.
To make a claim, contact support@thread510.com with your order number, date of purchase and photos of the fault.
